About Us
Angler's Retreat, LLC is family owned and is located in Broaddus, TX at the end of FM 705 1 mile past Powell Park. We do not have lake access however there are 3 boat ramps within 1 mile of the property. We are also within 1 mile of the National Forest for hunting and Powell Park for great fishing, swimming and family time on Lake Sam Rayburn.
Amenities
Cabins 1-6 have recently been remodeled! We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us comfortable. We provide bed linens, towels, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and satellite TV. Each rental has a picnic area and barbecue pit. Rentals with kitchens have a small variety of cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates & cups. We are small dog pet friendly(approval required at booking) ($25/dog). We also have boat storage rentals, 2 RV spots available for rent & limited camper storage.

Check in time: 4 pm
Check out time: 10 am
Pets: Small pets allowed with approval at the time of reservation - $25.00 non-refundable fee. Please keep pets on a leash and pickup after pet.
No smoking in cabins: Smoking is prohibited in all lodging. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of the cigarettes.
Quiet time: 10 pm to insure all our guests are comfortable. No Loud music ANYTIME
Payment options: We accept cash, Venmo, check, credit or debit cards
Door locks: Our doors use a key code and will be given to you at the time of check in.
Additional person fee: Additional $5.00 per person per night fee for over 4 people in the cabins and over 8 people in the lodge.
Age limit: Must be 18 yrs old or over to book.
